Casa Kerr @ The Broch Apartment - Perth

I stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms here were equipped with all amenities. I had a warm welcome from the owner.

Stayed here with my kids and overall liked this apartment. It was great and particularly good in a great area. You could use fridges, an oven, and a cooktop if you wanted to cook.

Rooms for our needs. A shower, dryers, and bath sheets available. Excellent and unbeatable location, very close to St Ninian's Cathedral. Nice welcome from owner.

This apartment was a great place to stay while I explored the area, and I loved how close it was to a museum and a cathedral nearby.

Great and good location short walk to Perth, serene surroundings close to the blackwatch museum and cathedral, and the room was a nice size. Had exceptionally comfortable bed, a work desk, a flat-screen television, and a seating area for our needs. Having a bathtub was great. The breakfast was on us, thanks to kitchen could cook ourselves. We could see garden from the window.

Convenient location near the train station and supermarket. The apartment was well-presented and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen, bathroom, and even a washing machine. Internet connection was good.

The sofa bed bedding was missing, but the host compensated with a voucher. The apartment could have been more child-friendly with more toys and seating options for families.

loved the brand new feel of the flat, surrounded by a peaceful garden and close to attractions like the blackwatch museum and cathedral. Pat's helpful SMS instructions for self check-in saved the day. Would definitely stay again at this lovely place.

No hot water on arrival, resolved the next morning.

great location, walking distance to town, and shops right outside. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with everything in almost brand new condition. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. The free parking was convenient, and the location was serene and close to various attractions such as museums, the cathedral, and parks. The staff was excellent, providing easy communication and even sending self check-in details via SMS. this hotel provided great value for money and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Kerr @ The Broch. The kitchen and bathroom were great, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a plus. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and a short walk into town. Communication with the host was seamless, and the internet connection was reliable. it was a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for a reasonable price.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. 😊
